It offers you a possibility, a way to redefine your femininity, individually or in a Group.
Workshops, dance and body work, Retreats to deepen feminine wisdom and accompanying sessions in the re-discovery of your cyclicity and thus empower your being.
We create ceremonial celebrations for the Rites of passage of the Woman (Menarche and Menopause).
We organice Gatherings in Germany and Europe to grow up as a feminine community of healthy women ready to establish a balance with ourselves, the masculine, in society and with the Mother Nature.

The language of the Body (workshops-courses)
The human body is the most powerful tool we have to anchor what we think, feel and perceive. I offer live and online courses and currently work on the embodiment of Sacred Geometry through movement and different Techniques that I have integrated through my studies and experiences as a dancer and in the dance therapy. I offer workshops to share and deepen it.
Dance and the embodyment of the sacred geometry are a fundamental part my life and of this project.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Women Circles, Retreats, Initiations into the Sacred Feminine
Is vital to meet again among Women to grow and join in it to reflect with a natural empathy our essence and our mission of life. My contribution to this is to share my, own path as a Woman, Mother and Sister to help you to remember just as I did through the different sources of ancient feminine knowledge of ancient cultures. Today I have cultivated for several years Feminine Empowerment Circles where I offer important tools to evolve as an Individual and in sisterhood. If you want to be part of my Circles or if you want to invite me to open or create a Women's circle with a certain group write to me.

Guide and accompaniment for girls, young women, and adult women Online & face-to-face I offer you my company on your journey of discovery of your cyclicity; creating for you empowering activities like Rituals of Passage and initiations like celebrations like the Menarche / Menopause. I also propose an action plan using different techniques to empower yourself and see how you grow and flourish. Depending on each woman and where she is in her life, I provide support through sessions that you can book here.

The awakening of balanced Femininity in society is a priority in these times where re-establishing a balance between humans and the earth, men and women as well between the feminine and masculine within us; it is so important to build a harmonious life now and in the future.
La Luna Female Empowerment arts provides space and tools to evolve as an individual and in a community taking up the ancient wisdom and modern arts of feminine care and empowerment in order to discover yourself and integrate a way of living that is healthy, loving and respectful with our environment and with ourselves, thus finding a new place in society and our task in this experience that embodies the feminine in Humanity.
La Luna embraces the masculine considering it a fundamental part of life and includes it within this project looking for the way through the balanced feminine to integrate and redefine it as part of a process of evolution. On La Luna we empower ourselves as Women so that from the honest of our essence we look at the masculine from a more neutral place and full of recognition for his contribution to society as well as his shortcomings in what we nowadays call Patriarchy; which has been imposed throughout history with force and not out of respect for individuality, and of which today little by little we become more independent.
It is necessary for us women to redefine ourselves as such outside of stereotypes and roles imposed by the culture of the country where we grew up and the beliefs that we inherit from our family of how a woman MUST be. The Luna Empowerment Arts offers you a way to self-define yourself free and in Peace to experience the expression of the true Woman who lives within you.
